Day #74: Baking Adventure

Tonight I made my first attempt at baking vegan cake. As you can see, it stuck to the pan - but it does taste pretty good. On the tasting scale it ranks slightly above a boxed cake, but it as made from scratch.
Since the cake didn't turn out quite as planned, I whipped up another batch of batter quickly & made cupcakes, so the cake can stick to the cupcake wrapper instead.
I also made a vegan green frosting for St. Patty's day. I'll post pictures of the final cupcake later. :)
