Day #254: 1/2 Marathon Pics

Here are pics from the half marathon Sarah and I did last weekend.  They posted them online yesterday.
I promise to catch up on my blogging in the nearish future.  I'm busy with work and trying to find a job for next year.  :)

We made it!  :)  Sarah's arms are held up like the Rockford park logo that we used to run by all the time when we were in Rockford!

Day #253: I'm still here

I'm still here and I do have pictures to share.  plenty of them.  I've been blogger lazy, but for good reason.
Today I ran my first 1/2 marathon!  :)

Instead you can see me icing my knees post race.  They don't hurt too bad, but I know icing them will make them feel better.  I have a little low back pain as well.  Sarah ran with me and we had fun this morning, despite the low 40 degree weather at the start of the race.  Brr....

Post-race, I came home and relaxed on the couch, took a nap, ate, and relaxed some more.  Soooo tired.  I think it's bedtime (8:30pm).

There's also a little flashy light that I hook to my backside so people can see me from behind.
