Back in the habit

Went for a run the other morning. It's been a while. I got some new shoes. Yeah! 

I ran at 6am in 80 degree weather. You just gotta love Tucson and the awesome weather. :)

I don't know how I ran in the heat last year. 

I'm hoping the mornings in Chico are a little cooler.
