Day #218: bee sting 2 and made my day
Picture of my bee sting which as you can see is not any better. Probably doesn't help that I haven't done anything for it except ice.
Today I bought topical Benadryl and just took some before bed - we'll see if it looks better in the morning.
Also - I had a long day at work today. Came home and relaxed on the coin with Sief and we found this on the Internet - http://i.imgur.com/kyqCF.gif
Copy & paste that into your browser (I can't make it a hyperlink on my phone, sorry). It'll be with the laugh :)

Day #216: Bee Sting
Ouch! After work today I went over to Sarah's house before going climbing to let Bart out for a walk. While on our walk I got stung by a bee! Ouch!
So I txtd my parents and asked what to do with a bee sting. I remember my mom putting baking soda and water on my bee sting as a child, so I did that.
The response I received from my mom was:
Dad says baking soda and wate
Grandma would say get a quarter and buy some candy
Mom said - ask a doctor.
I put an ice pack on it - a cute fuzzy one in the shape of a dog head - after the baking soda.
I think I'll survive.

Day #216, #217, and #218
Camping adventure!
Camp site: Mount Lemmon Spencer Canyon
Friday:
Sarah and I were as prepared as usual - which is not very well.
We worked until 5pm Friday and then went to pack as well as go to the store to stock up on necessary camping items
Below is a picture of my car - packed for a WHOLE 2 nights of camping. haha
Some major downsizing needs to happen before our roadtrip to Rockford, where we will be doing a rotation as well as hoping to camp one weekend (more on that to come).

Due to our awesome preparation we didn't leave Tucson until around 7:30 pm or so. Below is Vegan pizza dinner we ate on the drive up.
Below are actual camping photos. We did eventually make it!
Sarah cooking our vegan sausage Saturday morning.
It was much better than it initially looked - which was powder. :)
Non-vegan bfast. We ate happy hen eggs with our sausage.
Penny in the tent. This is where she spent 85% of our camping trip.
It was too cold for baby dog outside.
Horny toad found on our nature walk.
Bart getting a wet wipes bath in my car after rolling in some nasty shit.
pee eww...
Me keeping penny warm so she can come out a socialize for a little bit.
Buster also a little bit of a pansy when it comes to camping.
He's curled up on the picnic table enjoying the campfire.
Bart is off roaming around or laying in the dirt like a real dog. :)
Camp fire.
Pop-off: Megan making popcorn for us.
Sarah and her Jiffy pop.
Saturday dinner - beans rice, salsa, avocado. We forgot tortillas, so burro bowl it is.
most amazing s'more ever! Giant campfire marshmallows.
That whole thing that looks almost like a sandwich is actually a GIANT marshmallow.
mmm....delicious.
Sunday - hanging out in the tent while it rains outside.
View on the drive down.
